3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our official booking channels, whether online, by phone, or in person. To respect both your time and ours, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee, as these slots could have been offered to another client in need.
4. Payments & Refunds
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or at the time of your appointment. Since treatments require time, expertise, and product use, refunds are not available once a service has been completed. However, in the event of genuine concerns, our team will do their best to resolve the issue with adjustments or corrective measures. Please note that prepaid packages, promotional offers, and discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.

To ensure your safety and the best possible results, clients are expected to share accurate information about their health, skin concerns, allergies, or ongoing treatments prior to receiving any service. Withholding or providing incomplete information may impact the effectiveness of the treatment and increase risks.

Pink Beauty MedSpa cannot guarantee identical results for all clients, nor can we be held responsible for complications arising from undisclosed health conditions.

All skincare and wellness products recommended or provided during treatments should be used strictly according to instructions. Pink Beauty MedSpa is not liable for any negative reactions resulting from misuse, combining our products with non-recommended third-party items, or failure to follow post-treatment care guidelines.
